Inclusion Criteria
at least 18 years of age
- left-sited neglect after right hemispheric lesion
- sufficient capacity to participate for at least 30 minutes
- abilitiy to be mobilized into the wheelchair for at least 80% of planned therapy sessions
Exclusion Criteria
- known dementia
- normal pressure hydrocephalus
- capacity to be mobilized into wheelchair for less than 80% of plannes therapy sessions

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To treat 12 patients for the two intervention groups (6 per group) with the combined prism adaptation treatment.<br><br>There are four measurement timepoints: <br><br>T1: day 1 of the recruitment<br>T2: 3 days after (to prevent influences of retest effects)<br>T3: one day after the first intervention (day 25)<br>T4: one day after the second intervention (day 46)<br><br>The following measures are used:<br><br>Neuropsychology (measurements)<br>- Clock Drawing Test<br>- Line Bisection Task<br>- Apples Cancellation Task<br>- Text reading<br><br>Activities of daily living (questionnaires)<br>- early rehabilitation barthel index<br>- functional independence measure<br>- body orientation
