入选标准
- •Diagnosis of GDM and gestational age up to 37 weeks; use or not of oral hypoglycemic agentes; body mass index (BMI) between 20 and 45 kg/²;physically inactive women (absence of physical exercise for at least 30 minutes on three or more days a week) during the gestational period
排除标准
- •Patients on regular use of insulin; presence of type 1 (DM1) or type 2 (DM2) diabetes; infectious diseases; significant loss of kidney or liver function; patients with relative contraindication or absolute to perform physical exercises
