1. Both genders of age group (15 – 64 years).
2. Participants with a history of bronchial asthma either physician-diagnosed or by Global Initiative for Asthma (GINA) guidelines
3. Participants under conventional medication
4. Those who are willing to give their consent to participate in the study.
1. Participant in another clinical trial in the previous 3 months
2. Known history of any other systemic diseases
3. Habits of tobacco chewing, smoking, and alcoholism.
4. History of hospitalization due to acute exacerbation of asthma in the previous 3 months
5. Psychiatric illness
6. Women during menstruation and pregnancy
7. General hydrotherapy contraindications (hydrophobia, recent surgical history, hypersensitive skin, open cuts and wounds, and fracture)
