Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.The patient who presented with the sign and symptoms of Bhagandara.
- •2\.External opening seen on the skin surface will be selected.
- •3\.Post operative wound of low anal fistula.
- •4\.Complete single track fistula.
- •5\.Willing to participate in study .
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age below 18 yrs and above 60 yrs.
- •2\.High anal fistula.
- •3\.Fistula having multiple opening.
- •4\.Patient having complicated fistula.
- •5\.Any other congenital disease of rectum or anal canal.
- •6\.Patient with HIV,Hepatitis B.
- •7\.Osteomyelitis followed by Bhagandara.
- •8\.Bhagandara with systemic diseases.
- •9\.Incontinence of stool.
- •10\. Stricture in ano.
