入选标准
- •1.The patient who presented with the sign and symptoms of Bhagandara.
- •2.External opening seen on the skin surface will be selected.
- •3.Post operative wound of low anal fistula.
- •4.Complete single track fistula.
- •5.Willing to participate in study .
排除标准
- •1.Age below 18 yrs and above 60 yrs.
- •2.High anal fistula.
- •3.Fistula having multiple opening.
- •4.Patient having complicated fistula.
- •5.Any other congenital disease of rectum or anal canal.
- •6.Patient with HIV,Hepatitis B.
- •7.Osteomyelitis followed by Bhagandara.
- •8.Bhagandara with systemic diseases.
- •9.Incontinence of stool.
- •10. Stricture in ano.
- •11.Patient with Malignancy.
- •12.Pregnancy.
