Single
Experience painful menstruation in previous cycles
Age between 18-28 years
Regular menstrual cycle
Lack of diseases such as hormonal disorders, heart disease, thyroid, diabetes, asthma, kidney disease
History of medication such as corticosteroids, painkillers, contraceptives
Willingness to cooperate
No history of polycystic ovary disease
Less than 6 months before menarche (first menstruation in women)
The patient has cognitive impairment or mental illness
History of coagulation disorders.

Name Time Method The severity of menstrual pain is measured on a VAS scale. Timepoint: Half an hour before the intervention, during the intervention, half an hour after the intervention. Method of measurement: VAS.
