Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Adolescent patients of age 11\-18 years indicated for orthodontic treatment with skeletal class II malocclusion due to mandibular retrognathism.
  • •2\. VTO improves with anterior positioning of mandible.
  • •3\. Full cusp class II molar relationship bilaterally with convex facial profile.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Excess Lower anterior face height
  • •2\.Proclined mandibular incisors
  • •3\.Syndromic cases
