- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To collect videos and images of ovarian follicles using a 2D US device to build algorithms for semi-automation of follicle count and follicle measurements for women undergoing infertility work up or infertility treatment.

We will compare the results of our algorithms with the benchmarked results provided by the sonologists.

We will further evaluate the algorithms developed in this study by testing them in a later study using a different dataset (validation study).Timepoint: 8 Months
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To Find a potential scan protocol for follicular assessment that could help in developing more accurate algorithms.

-Collect data of 2D US images and video of ovarian and uterine measurements (volumes) and endometrium thickness (ET) to build algorithms for automation of these assessments

-Collect longitudinal data to track on 2D US, the growth of follicles in a given menstrual cycle

Timepoint: 8 Months
