Inclusion Criteria
to have retinal and macular detachment; to have subretinal fluid one week after surgery. Exclusion criteria: to have recurrent decollement; patients with unsuccessful surgery; patient with macular pore; patients with systemic disorders such as peptic ulcer or diabetes to whom systemic administration of corticosteroids is prohibited.

Name Time Method Visual acuity. Timepoint: Before the surgery and then in weeks 1 and 2 and months 1, 2 and 6 after the surgery. Method of measurement: Using snellen chart.;Inraocular pressure. Timepoint: Before the surgery and then in weeks 1 and 2 and months 1, 2 and 6 after the surgery. Method of measurement: Tonometry.;Extent of decollement. Timepoint: Before the surgery and then in weeks 1 and 2 and months 1, 2 and 6 after the surgery. Method of measurement: Slit lamp.;Aggregated liquid level.
