入选标准
- •Type 2 Diabetes mellitus patients to be initiated with basal-bolus insulin regimen or premixed insulin regimen as antidiabetic therapy, uncontrolled on diet and lifestyle modifications and oral antidiabetics. Willing to provide written informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Receiving medications that interfere with blood sugar level, ie steroids.
- •2. Pregnant or lactating mothers
- •3. Chronic liver / renal impairment
- •4. Acutely ill patients
- •5. Physically unfit / unable to follow up
- •6. Unstable hemodynamics - admitted in IC
