入选标准
- •1 patient having confirmed diagnosis of Irritable bowel syndrome
排除标准
- •1 Bleeding per rectum.
- •2 Mixed infection with parasites like round warms, hook warms.
- •3 Evidence of malignancy.
- •4 DM, HTN and other clinical comorbidities
- •5 Medication with cortico-steroids, antidepressants, anticholinergics etc. or any other drugs that may have an influence on the outcome of the study.
- •6 Suffering from major systemic illness necessitating long term drug treatment.
- •7 Pregnant / lactating woman.
- •8 Alcoholics and/or drug abusers.
- •9 Hypersensitivity to the trial drug or any of its ingredients.
- •10 Patient who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during the past six months.
