入排标准
入选标准
- •1.American Society of Anaesthesiology physical status grade I and II
- •2.Aged between 18-65 years
- •3.Undergoing elective surgical procedures.
- •2.No history of allergies to study drugs.
排除标准
- •1.Patients not willing to participate in the study.
- •2.History of any cerebrovascular, neurological, cardiovascular, pulmonary, or metabolic disease.
- •3.Medications that would influence autonomic or cardiovascular response to intubation.
- •4.Risk of pulmonary aspiration (hiatus hernia, gastro-esophageal reflux).
- •5.History of neuromuscular disease that would make muscle relaxants contraindicated.
- •6.Predicted difficult intubation (Mallampati class III and IV).11
- •7.Heart rate <50/minute and/or, basal BP outside the 100/50â??160/110mmHg range.
- •8.Pregnant and lactating patients.
- •9.Orthopedic and pediatric surgeries will be excluded from the study.
