- •Patients with calculus in the lower third of ureter of size equal to or less than 10 mm in largest dimension.
排除标准
- •Previous history of spontaneous stone expulsion
- •Presence of hydroureteronephrosis
- •Multiple stones
- •Stones in ureter of solitary kidney
- •Bilateral ureteric calculi
- •When on treatment with alpha blockers or calcium antagonists
- •Previous ureteral surgery
- •Ureteral stricture
- •Impaired renal function, DM ,peptic ulcer disease, hypotension or hypertension
