Currently either working in a sedentary work context office work or manually / physically active physiotherapy.
Gender: everyone.
Minimum age: 18 years.
Maximum age: 64.
Consent to participate in the study.
Sufficient comprehension of the German language and ability to understand and complete the questionnaires and the intervention material.
Chronic Pain, any pain location: pain duration > 12 weeks.
Professional, competitive, and top athletes.
Current participation in another study.
Acute infection.
Pregnancy.
BMI > 29,44.
Akward posture, or abnormalities in lower extremities.
Sensory deficits or neurological diseases.
Osteoporosis.
Spine fractures.
Recent pelvis operation (3 months post).
Tumors, Bone metastases.
Inflammation in spine (e.g. Morbus Bechterew).
History of spine operations.
Strong medication (opioids, antiepileptic drugs, muscle relaxants).

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary dependent variable is leisure time physical activity.<br>Long-longitudinal (LL): self-reported at T0, T1 (+ 14 days), T2 (+ 14 days) T3 (+ 4 weeks) using the IPAQ-long questionnaire (Wanner et al., 2016). Minutes in moderate-to-vigorous physical activity.<br>Intensive longitudinal (IL): objective continuous assessment between T0 and T1 (14 days) using Move 4 activity sensor (accelerometer). Minutes in moderate-to-vigorous physical activity.<br>
