Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•1\.Adults in the age group of 30 \- 59 years who are physician diagnosed case of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and on medication for more than 6 months.
•2\.Literate adults (English and/or Hindi) having a personal smart phone with access to internet.
•3\.Participant residing in the area for atleast 6 months.

Exclusion Criteria

•1\.Adults with contraindication to physical activity.
•2\.Adults with history of Cardiovascular accident, Coronary Vascular Disease, hospitalization, in the last 6 months.
•3\.Adults with serious Mental illness and/or advanced complications of diabetes.
