(1) In patients with diagnosis of dry eye tear break-up time (BUT) <=5 s, or 3 mm/5 min<=SIt <=10 mm/5 min);
(2) Between 18 and 65 years old;
(3) Informed and signed informed consent;
(4) No allergic reaction to the treatment drugs;
(5) Contact lenses were not worn within 7 days;
(6) No eye drops affecting the secretion of tears were used within 7 days.
(1) People with eye infections, systemic immune system diseases and systemic inflammation;
(2) Patients with a history of eye surgery and trauma;
(3) Immunosuppressants, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and glucocorticoids were used within 7 days;
(4) Eye allergies;
(5) Local skin damage, infection and coagulation dysfunction;
(6) Pregnant or lactating women.
