- 60
? Men aged 50-69 who visit the health examination center and desire prostate cancer screening.
? Serum PSA level ranging from 3-10 ng/mL.
? Normal findings on digital rectal examination.
? Patients who have not previously undergone prostate tissue biopsy.
? Patients who do not have contraindications for prostate MRI.
? Patients who are able to voluntarily provide informed consent.
? Patients with a history of prostate tissue biopsy within the past 3 years.
? Patients with pacemaker insertion, claustrophobia, or eGFR below 45
? Patients with total hip joint replacement or those with metallic materials in the pelvis.
? Patients who have undergone transurethral prostatectomy.
? Patients who have undergone surgery for benign prostatic hyperplasia or prostate cancer.
? Patients who have taken 5-alpha reductase inhibitors within the past 6 months.
