Inclusion Criteria
Severe and uncontrolled Bronchial Asthma despite of optimal medical therapy
Exclusion Criteria
Contraindication for bronchoscopy or radiofrequency.

Name Time Method Reduction of airway smooth muscles in both the upper lobes 8 weeks after treatment of the main bronchi. Measurement by rEBUS and biopsy.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pulmonary function test (Bodyplethysmography), Quality of Life (AQLQ), paraclinical parameters (Diff-BB, FeNO, BAL) before and 12 weeks after Bronchial Thermoplasty
