Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients scheduled with elective operation under general anesthesia
- •Patients with a body mass index greater than 35 kg / m2
- •American sociaty of anesthesiologist physical status 1 \~ 3
- •20 years or older
- •Patients who have voluntarily agreed to participate in this study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who are expected to need awake intubation
- •Patients who are expected to require nasal tracheal intubation
- •Patients with pathological aspects of the oropharyngeal structure
- •Patients who need to limit cervical spine movements with unstable cervical spine
- •Patients deemed inappropriate by researchers
