Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients scheduled with elective operation under general anesthesia
  • •Patients with a body mass index greater than 35 kg / m2
  • •American sociaty of anesthesiologist physical status 1 \~ 3
  • •20 years or older
  • •Patients who have voluntarily agreed to participate in this study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients who are expected to need awake intubation
  • •Patients who are expected to require nasal tracheal intubation
  • •Patients with pathological aspects of the oropharyngeal structure
  • •Patients who need to limit cervical spine movements with unstable cervical spine
  • •Patients deemed inappropriate by researchers
