Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •? Patients who presented with insomnia as the main complaint, met the above diagnostic criteria, and had a typical symptom group of insomnia.
- •? Identification and typing belong to deficiency symptoms.
- •? PSQI \= 8 points.
- •? 18\-65 years of age.
- •? Voluntarily participate in this study, cooperate with blood sampling and laboratory tests twice (10 ml each time), and sign informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •? Those with actual manifestations of TCM identification.
- •? Those with combined diseases that have not been effectively controlled or are extremely serious, such as persistent pain from various causes, malignant tumors, cardiovascular diseases, neuroendocrine diseases, neuromuscular diseases and gastrointestinal diseases that cause insomnia disorders.
- •? Patients with severe depression and psychosis.
- •? Patients who are pregnant and breastfeeding.
