Inclusion Criteria

1)Male and female participants

2)Age between 18-40 years

3)Participants with healthy periodontium and very good oral hygiene with full-mouth

plaque score (FMPS) <20% , full-mouth bleeding score (FMBS) <=20 %.

4) Millerâ??s Class 1 buccal gingival recession with recession depth <= 2mm on teeth

incisors ,canines or premolars with an identifiable cemento-enamel junction (CEJ).

5) Gingival recession associated with tooth brushing trauma or plaque-induced

inflammation.

6) Vital teeth.

7) Participants with good physical health .

Exclusion Criteria

1)Pregnant women and lactating mothers.

2) Participants who have undergone surgical or non-surgical periodontal therapy.

3) Participants taking medication associated with gingival enlargement (i.e cyclosporin

A, phenytoin or calcium channel blocker)

4) Any caries ,cervical abrasion on CEJ of the tooth, restorations on cervical area.

5) Smokers

6) Participants with systemic diseases or medical history

7) Participants with indications for surgical coverage .
