Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Intraoperative ventilation with PCV-VG mode provides improved airway dynamics like lower peak airway pressure, improved dynamic compliance and less dead space ventilation compared with VCV mode without any significant differences in oxygenation and hemodynamics.Timepoint: baseline, 30mins ,60mins,120mins after proning and at the end of surgery
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To assess the feasibility and safety of intraoperative PCV-VG mode by studying the changes in the haemodynamicsTimepoint: baseline, 30mins ,60mins,120mins after proning and at the end of surgery
