- •Patient aged >18yrs of age.
- •ï?· Healthy gingiva and periodontium of the abutment teeth.
- •ï?· Abutment teeth should be of normal size and contour, devoid of any development anomaly
- •or regressive age changes
- •ï?· Preparation needed for full coverage restoration.
- •ï?· Patients with thick gingival biotype will be selected.

- •Periodontitis
- •ï?· Gingival recession
- •ï?· Tipped, tilted or rotated abutment
- •ï?· Hypertension
- •ï?· Patient with known allergy to oxymetazoline and aluminium chloride.
- •ï?· Pregnant and lactating women
