Inclusion Criteria
- •BMI should be between 18 and 25\.
- •Should not be athlete.
- •Age range should be between 20 to 50 years.
- •The nursing staff suffering from backache as well as shoulder and neck pain.
- •Nursing staff with fatigue.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Having a foot ulcer.
- •Having peripheral neuropathy.
