Inclusion Criteria
1. patient having classical signs and symptoms of Sandhigata Vata .
2. Patieents fullfilling ACR criteria i.e. clinically and radiologically confirmation of OA Knee joint
3. patient without anatomical deformity
Exclusion Criteria
1. K/C/O Carcinoma, psoriatic arthritis, Polymyalgia,vatarakta, pregnancy, tuberculosis.
2. Known other active and serious medical or surgical disease.
