All adult patients with physical classification criteria 1 and 2 of the American Society of Anesthesiologists aged 18 to 85 years who are scheduled for wedge resection or lobectomy using video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS).

patients with chronic pain
patients who take opoids, adrenal cortical steroids, other analgesics recently
patients with heart, lung, liver, kidney function abnormality
Patients with evidence of infection at the site of the attempted block.
Patients who underwent epidural blockade had a risk of bleeding
upper 30kg/m2 of body mass index
patients who cannot understand or express the scale of pain by number
