Inclusion Criteria

Mother's ability to consent
- Signed declaration of consent
- Presence of a twin pregnancy
- gestational age <13+6 weeks at time of inclusion

Exclusion Criteria

- death of a twin < 10+0 SSW, vanishing twin
- Presence of a high-grade multiple pregnancy (> 2 fetuses)
- Indication for termination of pregnancy from maternal indication

We aim to develop a multi-marker, personalized, and predictive model for prenatal identification of twin pregnancies that are at risk for developing feto-maternal complications so that better care and preventive measures can be offered.
