Inclusion Criteria
children studying in 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th standards from various schools located in the Surat city.
Exclusion Criteria
Children who are not willing to participate, with any history of / diagnosed case of- Diabetes, acute or chronic respiratory disorder, cardio-vascular disorder, neurophysiological disorder, musculoskeletal disorder, any other known medical/systemic condition, on any regular medication and children who are currently engaged on a regular basis in sports, parents who answered â??YES to one or more questionsâ?? on PARQ (physical activity readiness questionnaire) and the one diagnosed with any physical problem in annual physical examination conducted by school authorities
