- •Those who have not been exercising for at least 6 months will be included
排除标准
- •Participants will be excluded if they present any contraindication for the regular practice of physical exercise, such as osteomyoarticular, metabolic or cardiovascular injuries, those who are undergoing hormone replacement or are at high risk in the pre-exercise screening proposed by PAR-Q.
