Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • American Society of Anesthesiologist class 1, 2 patients undergoing staged bilateral total knee arthroplasty
  • patients who agree to participate in this study
  • age: 20 \~ 70 yr

Exclusion Criteria

  • \> \= American Society of Anesthesiologist class 3 patients
  • patients who do not agree to participate in this study
  • cardiovascular disease, liver dysfunction, renal dysfunction
  • musculoskeletal disease, abuse of opioid or analgesics, previous history of administrating calcium channel blocker
