Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American Society of Anesthesiologist class 1, 2 patients undergoing staged bilateral total knee arthroplasty
- •patients who agree to participate in this study
- •age: 20 \~ 70 yr
Exclusion Criteria
- •\> \= American Society of Anesthesiologist class 3 patients
- •patients who do not agree to participate in this study
- •cardiovascular disease, liver dysfunction, renal dysfunction
- •musculoskeletal disease, abuse of opioid or analgesics, previous history of administrating calcium channel blocker
