- •Healthy individuals within the age group of 18 to 25 years.
- •Participants who are willing to join the study on their own interest.
- •Participants who are following the same diet, same level of yoga practice and other lifestyle parameters.
- •Both male and female in equal ratio will be recruited in both the groups.
排除标准
- •Individuals currently participating in other clinical trials or receiving additional complementary therapies.
- •People who practices yoga apart from their regular yoga classes.
- •People who are performing any other kind of fitness regimes and food habits.
- •People who consume tobacco (in any form) or alcohol.
