- •Cases- 150 donors- Repeat voluntary male platelet donors who are eligible as per established national
- •guidelines/departmental SOPs
- •Donor who has donated apheresis platelets at least 6 times in the last 12 months for frequent and infrequent groups .
- •Controls- (30)
- •First time voluntary male platelet donors who are eligible as per established national
- •guidelines/departmental SOPs
- •Not excluded as per exclusion criteria
排除标准
- •Any platelet donor who is not eligible to donate platelets as per national
- •guidelines/departmental SOPs
- •Female donors
- •Any Donor who has donated blood in the last 6 months
