入选标准
- •Pakshaghata patients-
- •1. Presenting with classical signs and symptoms of pakshaghata will be selected.
- •2. Clinical diagnosis of ischemic stroke, confirmation by CT.
- •3. Aged between 30 and 80 years.
- •4. Patients presenting in akeshapaka avastha only will be considered.
排除标准
- •1. Hemorrhagic hemiplegia.
- •2.Severe co-existing, terminal diseases which may interfere with the conduct of the study. 3. Any form of encephalitis /tuberculosis/abscess.
- •4. Chronicity of more than 1 month.
- •6. Pakshagata secondary to other causes like neoplasms.
- •7. Patients who have received therapy of recombinanat tissue plasminogen reactivator (rtPA).
