1.Patient of either gender
2.Age between 20-60 years
3.Non alcoholic
4.BMI = 35 kg/M2
5.Diagnosed case of fatty liver by ultrasound (Upto Grade II)
6.Asymptomatic and symptomatic (anorexia, nausea, dyspepsia, and right hypochondrial discomfort)
7.Patient is able to participate in study and ready to follow the instructions and sign the informed consent form.
1.Age < 20 years or > 60 years.
2.BMI >35kg/M2.
3.Positive hepatitis marker.
4.Patients suffering from cardiopulmonary, renaldisease, malignancy and uncontrolled type 2 diabetes mellitus.
5.Patients with severe deranged lipid profile and liver function test.
6.Patients receiving treatment with drugs such as oestrogens, corticosteroids, sodium valproate, tamoxifen and statins.
7.Pregnant and lactating women.
8.Non-compliant patients.
9.Patients failed to follow up.
