(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke;
(2) Accompanied by lower limb motor dysfunction (muscle strength = 3), may be combined with upper limb motor dysfunction (NIHSS is 3-15 points);
(3) The vital signs are stable, and the course of the disease is 15 days to 3 months;
(4) 35 to 80 years old;
(5) Those who gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form.
(1) Already depended on daily activities before this stroke;
(2) Infection at the acupuncture site and/or intolerance of acupuncture treatment;
(3) Suffering from other serious concomitant diseases (aphasia, moderate-severe edema of the lower extremities, venous thrombosis of the lower extremities, arteriosclerosis occlusion of the lower extremities, diabetic lower extremity vascular disease, peripheral neuropathy, spinal cord disease, brain trauma, intracranial infection, brain Tumor, etc.), secondary diseases (such as heart, liver, kidney failure, etc.);
(4) Women who are pregnant or preparing to become pregnant, and women who are breastfeeding.
