- •1\.subject with experience of one year
- •2\.subject who are willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient with diagnosed musculoskeletal disabilty
- •2\.Patient with recent trauma or injury
- •3\.Workers having joint diseases,gout,diabetes in one year,cardiovascular complication and on medication example severe HTN.
- •4\.Respiratory conditions example asthma,COPD
