Exclusion Criteria

Did not present a cognitive level that would guarantee the understanding of the instruments of the study; wandering with auxiliary devices; perform another type of physical exercise concurrently; diagnosis of vestibular syndrome, visual impairment or any neurological disease and / or skeletal muscle that compromises locomotion.
