Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Subjects having the clinical features of Sthaulya in the Nidanathmaka study on the basis of subjective and objective variables

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Pregnant and lactating mothers.
  • •Patients having any hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism.
  • •Patients not complying with the directions of the physician.
  • •BMI \> 40 kg/m2\.
  • •Patient with major complications and in requirement of emergency treatment.
