Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects having the clinical features of Sthaulya in the Nidanathmaka study on the basis of subjective and objective variables
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pregnant and lactating mothers.
- •Patients having any hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism.
- •Patients not complying with the directions of the physician.
- •BMI \> 40 kg/m2\.
- •Patient with major complications and in requirement of emergency treatment.
