This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Gamified Cognitive Enhancement Therapy ( GCET ) on cognitive function psychological wellbeing satisfaction with aging and quality of life among elderly individuals A total of 120 participants will be randomly allocated into experimental and control groups The experimental group will receive structured gamified cognitive intervention while the control group will receive routine care Pre and post intervention assessments will be conducted using standardized tools to determine the effectiveness of the program
