Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\-subjects who are a health care professional of KAHER.
  • •2\-Subjects with BMI between 23\.0\-24\.9kg/sqm (overweight) and 25\.0\-29\.9 kg/sqm (obese)
  • •3\- Age group of 18\-25years and who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\- Exercise induced asthma
  • •2\- Open wounds
  • •3\-Menstruation
  • •4\- Hydrophobia
