Inclusion Criteria
- •1\-subjects who are a health care professional of KAHER.
- •2\-Subjects with BMI between 23\.0\-24\.9kg/sqm (overweight) and 25\.0\-29\.9 kg/sqm (obese)
- •3\- Age group of 18\-25years and who are willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\- Exercise induced asthma
- •2\- Open wounds
- •3\-Menstruation
- •4\- Hydrophobia
