Inclusion Criteria
- •Adolescents; overweight and obesity; ages between 13 and 18 years; students of the School of Elementary and Middle School Antônio de Almeida Lustosa.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Age under 13 years or above 18 years of age; orthopedic problem; problems that prevent them from participating in the exercise program.
