1.Biopsy proven non metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of oropharynx
2.Karnofsky Performance Status � 80
3.Patient fit for concurrent chemotherapy
4.Patientââ?¬•s willingness to give informed consent.

2.Previously treated cases of carcinoma oropharynx (with Surgery/Chemotherapy/radiation)

Name Time Method a)To determine incidence of HPV p16 positive cases of carcinoma oropharynx <br/ ><br>registered in the department of radiotherapy of our institute. <br/ ><br>b) To analyze difference in the local control and overall survival in HPV p16 positive <br/ ><br>and negative patients when stratified in accordance to AJCC 7th and 8th staging <br/ ><br>system. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Assesement done at yearly basis
