Participants age from 18-25 yrs.
Participants having non-specific low back pain since last 3months.
20-50 degree active knee extension loss with hip in 90 degree flexion.
Participants with pain intensity from 3 to 6 according to NPRS.
Participants who understand English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Participants with any recent abdominal surgery
Participants with fracture of spine or lower limb
Participants with any pathology or malignancy
Participants with any neurological condition
