1.Patient above 50 years of age
2.Patient who agrees to participate in the study and who have signed the informed consent.
3.Patients with nocturia of 2 or more episodes per night, with nocturnal polyuria (rate of nocturnal urine production >90mls/hr).
4.Male patient
1.Patient under the age of 50years.
2.Patients with symptoms suggestive of overactive bladder (OAB)
3.Lower urinary tract malignancy/ calculi
4.Lower urinary tract infection
5.Pre-existing neurological problem such as Parkinson's, Multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, stroke.
6.Patients with urinary incontinence/ indwelling catheter
7.Patients with diabetes insipidus
8.Patient who has sleep disorder symptoms
9.Patient receiving prior BPH medical/ surgical therapy.
10.Patient with psychiatric illness.
