Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Female patients aged 18 years and above, willing to give consent
- •Belonging to American society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I, ll \& III
- •BMI 18\.5 \-29\.5 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal,
- •Inability to properly describe postoperative pain toinvestigators (language barrier),
- •Contraindications to regional anesthesia (bleeding diathesis,raised PT/INR levels, infection at the site of block and peripheral neuropathy),
- •Allergy to study drugs mainly Bupivacaine and dexamethasone,
- •Spine deformity .
- •Psychiatric patients.
- •Pregnant and lactating females.
