Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Female patients aged 18 years and above, willing to give consent
  • Belonging to American society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I, ll \& III
  • BMI 18\.5 \-29\.5 kg/m2

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patient refusal,
  • Inability to properly describe postoperative pain toinvestigators (language barrier),
  • Contraindications to regional anesthesia (bleeding diathesis,raised PT/INR levels, infection at the site of block and peripheral neuropathy),
  • Allergy to study drugs mainly Bupivacaine and dexamethasone,
  • Spine deformity .
  • Psychiatric patients.
  • Pregnant and lactating females.
