1. Orthopaedics:
a) Patients with specific joint pain, limitations in their movement and/or trouble with their perception.
b) Patients with chronic back pain or spine syndroms
c) Patients after a slipped disc with conservative or surgical care
d) Patients after implantations of knee or hip endoprosthetics
e) Interest in active therapy and behaviour change
2. Oncology:
Patients after mammae-CA or other oncological disorder with good general condition = 12 weeks after surgery
3. Cardiology:
Initially patients =18 years with a chronic (systolic and/or diastolic) heart insufficience, a coronar hearth disease or patients with auricular fibrillation (after pulmonary vein isolation) treated with intervention or medicinally
1. Exclusion orthopaedics:
a) Acute pain and chronified bodily troubles
b) Acute ischialgia
c) Paralysis or sensation disorders of lower extremities
d) Patients with resticted functional reliability in moving
e) Insufficient therapy adherence
2. Exclusion oncology:
a) Patients with Metastases
b) Insufficient therapy adherence
Ausschluss Kardiologie:
a) Acute coronary syndrom
b) decompensated heart insufficience
c) instable heart rhythym disorder
d) expected an actual insufficient therapy adherence
e) Contra indications against training therapy.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Frequency of smartwatch and app use - the primary study goal is the verification that the mean weekly use frequency of the system is above 2.13 days per week at t2.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. Feasibility: Dropout rates (ratio of participants that use the system at t2)<br>2. Therapy success: mean number of steps per day, walked distance, step length, puls, time of strain and subjective assessment of strain (Borg scale), blood pressure (before excercise, maximum and after excercise)<br>3. Integration into daily life: number of excercises at home, time of day of training, subjective health and psychological wellbeing, integration into daily activities, acceptance, subjective assessment of the system (e.g., trust).
