Inclusion Criteria
Have at least a bachelor's degree in nursing
Has at least six months of clinical experience
Exclusion Criteria
Taking anti-anxiety and psychoactive drugs
History of previous training in Jacobson relaxation technique
Crisis experience by participants in the study during the last 6 months
