Inclusion Criteria
- •Have at least a bachelor's degree in nursing
- •Has at least six months of clinical experience
Exclusion Criteria
- •Taking anti\-anxiety and psychoactive drugs
- •History of previous training in Jacobson relaxation technique
- •Crisis experience by participants in the study during the last 6 months
