Inclusion Criteria
Active worker volunteers who use computers for at least four hours a day; both sexes; age between 18 and 59 years.
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant volunteers; Volunteers reporting musculoskeletal pain or injury due to infectious, genetic or traumatic disease and / or disorder; Volunteers who have a physical or mental disability.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method <br>It is expected to find a significant reduction in musculoskeletal complaints, especially muscle pain, assessed by subjective reporting on the Visual Analog Scale, as well as an improvement in postural alignment parameters assessed by postural evaluation by the symmetograph at the end of 10 weeks. Considering the improvement from the degree of pain, with an average reduction of 40% and reduction of joint discrepancies for shoulder, pelvis and trunk.
