Individuals having age group of 18-50 years
Tabla players, suffering from Playing Related Musculoskeletal Disorders at least for 1 month.
Individuals irrespective of sex, and socioeconomic status.
Practicing Tabla at least for 1 year and for at least 8-10 hours a week.
Handicapped individuals.
IndividualswhoarecontraindicatedforGomukhasana,Ushtrasana, Dhanurasana, Shalbhasana.
Individuals having TB of spine, ankylosing spondylitis, cervical spondylitis, malignancy, accidental cases etc. will be excluded.
History of trauma – fracture or ligament injury in past 6 months.

Name Time Method Participants practicing asanas as instructed are expected to show <br/ ><br>ower score in VAS. <br/ ><br>Increase in the range of motion of the concerned joints. <br/ ><br>Low intensity or absence of Crepitus. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Baseline 0th,7th,14th Day
