Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. age \=19 years
- •2\. residual extraction sockets at least 50% of the buccal bone plate
- •3\. presence of adjacent tooth at the extraction site
- •4\. healthy or well\-controlled systemic conditions
- •5\. adequate oral hygiene and stable periodontal status (bleeding on probing \<20% and plaque index \<20%)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. pregnant or breastfeeding women
- •2\. current smokers (\>10 cigarettes/day)
- •3\. bone metabolic disease
- •4\. uncontrolled or untreated periodontal disease
- •5\. lack of comprehensive instructions or inability to provide informed consent.
